a piscean flotilla
Finding Zen, feeling artsy, experiencing greater dream recall, intuitions and a sense of interconnectedness or maybe just a strong hankering for a nap or an extra adult beverage or what not?
The moon entered Pisces today, adding to the flotilla of planets already stationed in the last sign of the Zodiac. Currently, Neptune, Mars, and the South Node already are afloat in this ever-changing water sign that rules over our physical bodies in the feet and lymph system. Today the moon, the fastest moving and most palpable astro-body joins in for the next 2.5 days and as such, draws our emotions into the already watery realm.
The planets activate the energy of the sign they are in and also the signs they naturally rule, which is a different story for another day. Suffice it to say – Neptune, Mars, the South Node, the Moon and tomorrow – Venus all create a cascade of watery, emotional, creative, compassionate, unformed, without direction, escapist, ever-changing and borderless Piscean energy.
Unlike Mars, Venus thrills to be in Pisces. Here, she finds a lovely place to spend the next month. While Mars feels like he can’t get his mojo on and tends towards frustration, unless harnessed in Zen… Venus is right at home, she feels and exudes beauty throughout. Venus embodies the energy of our relationships, our desires, all of our “me-wants”. Over the next month we likely may find that we experience this “at home” comfortable energy in these areas of our life while Venus trips through the Piscean water lilies
However, while doing so she will meet first with the South Node (the past, loss, stagnancy), then Neptune (bliss, escapism, healing) and last Mars (after working through Mars’ frustrations…perhaps a good time for some…ahem… getting together and such ;)~
The Starry story currently playing out in the Universe offers us a great vibe to set out on intuitive, creative work, anything art and anything Zen, relationships and our own sense of self, particularly the archetypal female energy – a “coming home” to femininity. Mars enters Aries on 1/28 – and the balance of archetypal male energy will swing back in.
For now though, perhaps best said by the Beastie Boys – “slow and low, that is the tempo”…
…a fine pace for letting go and stepping out and finding flow…
