floating on

…and we all float on, alright…

The Sun, our life force energy, has slid over into Pisces, the 12th and last sign of the Zodiac. The Sun doesn’t particularly favor being in Aquarius as he can see his native homeland (the polarity to Aquarius), Leo across the way. Here in Pisces, the Sun finds a greater ability to shine.

Even though we all aren’t Pisces Suns, we all have Pisces somewhere in our natal chart. Each of the 12 signs can be found in our Cosmic Construct...

Pisces is the end, the culmination of all that came before and is represented by the glyph of two fish swimming in opposing directions.

The Pisces pieces in us tend to be empathetic, can feel the mood of a room before walking in, artful, escapist, chameleon-like, can blend in to any surrounding, lost, detached, unorganized, untimely, distracted, and also dreamer, intuitive and living in this physical world with one foot on the ground and head in the clouds. Pisces intuits the possibility of what could be. Hope. And Pisces feels the weight of all that has failed miserably. Suffering.

This divergent sign is now lit up for the next month. As the Sun travels through this very watery and quick changing sign, the Sun will conjunct the South Node (loss, the past, release, reveal) on 2/21 and be eclipsed on 2/26, the same day Mars conjuncts Uranus and opposes Jupiter.

The rest of February looks to be a wild ride in some stirred up waters. Water overcomes fire.

What does Pisces mean for you? Where is it in your chart? Any other planets there?

My Ascendant (rising sign) is in Pisces and I am looking forward to some fresh Solar energy crossing my Ascendant in a few weeks

You?
