Venus enters Virgo

Lady love, beauty, relationships, desires and all things feminine…take a bit of a fall today and for the next few weeks.

This isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Venus by traditional astrology does not prefer to be in Virgo. Her energy cannot be best exhibited in the Land of Mercury (Mercury rules Virgo). As she falls out of Leo she enters the mutable land of Earth element…aka the ever-changing real world we live in.

This is why this isn’t necessarily bad. Now, all parts of our lives ruled by Venusian matters and the Taurus and Libra houses and planets in our natal charts all scale back from the grandiose Leo energy and tones down to Virgo’s practicalities.

We focus on the details of Venusian affairs. Are we taking care of ourselves properly, are our things in order, do we really need to buy anymore “stuff”, details need to be attended to and all of this will be a driving force to be done because something tangible (Earth) is seeking to be manifested in these areas of our lives.

Awareness is key. Keep a lookout so the fall doesn’t throw you off. Think of it as changing perspective and finding yourself at a new station, refining your craft to bring forth greater sensibilities relating to all things Venusian.
